High School Soccer Prep Camp

The details are:

• Time: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
• Dates: July 14 - 17, 2025 
• Location: MWHS CV Complex 
• Cost: $175 per week
• Focus: Soccer specific fitness and strength - Small Sided Games, Functional position play with a focus on soccer fitness, Scrimmages, Sprint/Recover activities, Body Weight Strength to be strong in soccer situations
• Purpose: Help players be ready for their school season while also giving them activities they can do on their own to continue to build their soccer specific fitness and strength 
• Registered players will get a better understanding of where they are physically to better prepare for school soccer and understand a basic body weight strength program. 
• Rain Date: Friday, 7/18/25 in case of environmental cancelations. There are no refunds do to fixed costs.
