Welcome to the Monroe Woodbury United Soccer Club, an organization offering comprehensive programs for both Travel and Recreational players that encourages and trains players in the fundamentals of play, teamwork and good sportsmanship, without discrimination, to boys and girls of all abilities. Our club provides a supervised and safe environment to learn the fundamentals of soccer and to encourage children’s participation in soccer as an exciting, satisfying and rewarding social activity. The Monroe Woodbury United Soccer Club, Inc. is a member in good standing the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), which is governed by the rules of the Federation lnternationale de Football Association (FIFA). The Club operates exclusively as a publicly supported Not-For-Profit organization as described in Section 509(a)(2), and within the meaning and intent of Section 501(c)(3).

The club is offering sessions which will focus on soccer specific fitness and strength.  The benefits gained from these sessions for the players will include:
